Our Programs

Our entire program revolves around monthly units which are woven together thematically to give a cohesive learning experience. These themes bring to life all areas of our curriculum, making them relevant to the student.


Our toddler class emphasizes play, curiosity, music and art. The children are exposed to different art mediums, new concepts and many songs and books. Activities are developmental appropriate and designed to promote independence and self confidence. Language development is encouraged with music, stories and conversations.


Almost threes and three year class: In the early programs emphasis is on a combination of physical coordination activities such as cutting and pasting, along with pre-academic learning, including colors, shapes and sizes. Number and letter recognition is introduced. Music and movement activities, group games, and creative art help to reinforce social and emotional development. Language development is fostered through reading, finger plays, rhyming, and word games. These themes are further expanded in the three year old classes where the students are introduced to our beginning reading program.


In the Four-year-old program, emphasis advances to a formal reading readiness program along with introduction to math concepts. The children work on developmental tasks which include writing upper and lower case letters and numbers, math skills, and consistent exposure to numbers. The learning experience is rounded out with daily exposure to art and music, twice weekly dance class, and fun weekly science experiments.



The Kindergarten program is the culmination of our preschool program. We take a systemic and academic approach to preparing students in the language arts, math readiness, perceptual and conceptual development, along with social development. Students learn both through individual and group instruction. Art, music, dance and drama are important parts of the Kindergarten curriculum as well as reading, science and nature study.
